GOLF RESULTS
7-Day – No competition held. Everyone was enjoying the Bank Holiday weekend.

Tuesday - No competition this week

Thursday – Round One of the Eclectic Cup was played this week. In the lead at the moment is Virginia Chan with a gross score of 82. And the best nett score is Liz Cooke with nett 69. Final competition scores on 8th September.

Scratch Team – Played their penultimate match at Verulam Golf Course Friday. Going in to the match, Chesfield Downs were just ½ point behind the leaders of our group, Verulam. An exceptional position to be in. Verulam just managed to hold onto their lead with a 3:2 win against us. The match was extremely close, with Lauren and Virginia winning their matches Pat and Kathy only losing on the 17th hole and Sarah going all the way to the 18th!! Well done to Sarah and all the Scratch Team on a very successful second season.

Kathy Dale, Ladies Captain
