Slow Play
As the Macknight Pairs Scramble approaches we are reminded from last year about SLOW PLAY. Please familiarize yourselves with the format before going out on the course.
Essential rules and etiquette:-
Don't rush your shot but walk quickly between each one.
Beginners are welcomed by everyone when they are seen to be keeping their place on the course.
Don't spectate - anticipate.
Always be ready to play your own shot especially on the greens. Keep moving forwards.
Never mark your scorecard on the putting green. Do this on the next teeing ground.
Invite players behind to play through if you're taking time.
This is a fun pairs format please do not unduly delay play.
